E-Senza and Panasonic provide an out of box wireless network

E-Senza Technologies and Panasonic Electronic Devices Europe, Wireless Modules Division, join hands to provide an out of box wireless networking solution.

Worlds leading electronics manufacturer, Panasonic, enters into cooperation with E-Senza Technologies GmbH to deliver state of the art out of box wireless mesh networking solutions for its customers. E-Senza extended its powerful SenzaNET framework by building an “SN55” stack
(SenzaNET for PAN4555) which runs on Panasonic PAN4555 wireless module. With this partnership, Panasonic can offer not only high quality wireless modules, but also an easy integration software stack for its customers.

SenzaNET is the most powerful IEEE 802.15.4 industrial-strength framework available on the market. SenzaNET allows universal sensors and devices to be
integrated into a low-power, time synchronized wireless mesh network. Moreover, industrial customers have access to a complete end-to-end platform, allowing them to integrate wireless device networks with industrial field buses (Modbus, Profibus, CAN etc) or Ethernet and visualize sensor data onto a dynamic web interface.

The PAN4555 module is a short range, low power, 2.4 GHz ISM band transceiver which includes a complete 802.15.4 physical layer (PHY) modem, designed for the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard, providing a cost effective solution for short-range data links and networks.

The PAN4555 is developed to embed wireless mesh networking capabilities into products for applications serving wire replacement for industrial systems, home automation and motor, lighting control and monitoring.
Amit Shah, CEO of E-Senza, states: “This cooperation enhances our position as quality supplier of reliable mesh networking stacks. Above all it provides the
opportunity for global reach, long term growth and long term relation.”
